Why We Should Be Vegetarian? Part 2

Vegetarians are more healthy than not vegetarians

Really? Instead of going vegetarian people are malnourished? No. It was wrong. Wrong wrong wrong. That's not true. In fact the opposite. Vegetarians have better nutrition than non-vegetarians. Famous people only vegetarian. For example, Leonardo Da Vinci, Issac Newton, Mahatma Gandhi, Michael Jackson and even boxer Mike Tyson was vegetarian. Also the most genius person in the world, Albert Einstein was also a vegetarian. They were famous people who change the world. Also shocking the world. 

But if going vegetarian protein deficiency. Lie. Proteins were divided into 2, animal and vegetable. Both have the same properties and functions. Fat? Can of vegetable oil. Vitamin D? Indeed, the main origin of the meat. But we can get Vitamin D from soybeans. So there is no reason to kekuranga if vegetarian nutrition. 

The evidence suggests that people who eat meat are more at risk get cancer than vegetarians. And diseases that cause more deaths suffered by people who are not vegetarian. See vegetarians. What is at risk of bird flu? Or other diseases associated with animals that are at risk of death? No. Most affected if bitten by a rabid dog, or come into contact with bird flu affected chickens. So if you want to live healthier and longer, try a vegetarian.

Vegetarian can reduce global warming

Huh, how come? Vegetarians eat plants that it should be any part of the go green. So reducing the plant. Quite the opposite. Origin of daginglah which adds to the problem of global memanasan. 

Examples of animals below. 



Cows, animals that became one of the biggest problems of global warming. Cow produces 63 pounds of carbon dioxide each day. Just imagine how many cows there are in this world. A lot is not it? And think of the many cows were multiplied by 63 pounds of carbon dioxide. Very much so. What is produced in one year? Surely many. It was just a cow. Not to mention the other farm animals. Certainly very much at all. Humans alone is bad. Moreover, added the animals? You can imagine the destruction of the earth anytime. 

And with a vegetarian diet, we need plants to eat. By default, we will be planting crops for food. With the plant, we will be more tanamn breed. When harvested, the crop will be reduced. Right will be reduced. But the plant that is harvested definitely have saplings. And it will continue to grow saplings up to much. So that the plants in this world a lot. If so, there will be no global warming.

  1. I'm the vegetarian too and that's true! I'm more healthy than before I was a vegetarian.

  2. But if we only eat vegetables, there still a lot of cow in the world. We cannot reduce the population of the cow unless if we eat them.
